How to Make Abs Fast ?

The first ab exercise is called the tailbone lift. Lie on your back with your arms extended straight over top of your head. Lift your tailbone up off the ground and then hold it for a second and lower it back down, not all the way to the ground though.

Anaerobic activity is short in durations and high in intensity. Anaerobic activities include: racquetball, downhill skiing, weight lifting, sprinting, softball, soccer and football.
